Kevin Nalley, the Construction Manager for the North American Growth Venture Interconnects Project in Baytown, TX, shared the results of implementing AWP Best Practices on his ExxonMobil project with support from Jacobs as the contractor. In his presentation he outlined the 20 keys to success he recommends to any Owner/Operator embarking on a project that wants to incorporate AWP methodology, as well as shared some lessons learned and things he would recommend doing differently.

• Productivity 10% better than plan
• Significantly reduced costs
• Project completed on schedule
